My journey through Yoga, Sound, and Breathwork, has been deeply transformative. Since embracing yoga in 2013, I have evolved into an adept instructor, teaching vinyasa, gentle, and restorative styles. I have been teaching since 2017 and my teaching experience spans diverse settings, including yoga studios, corporate environments, retreat centers and private sessions. My style is relaxed and fun, focusing on traditional poses with easy to follow cues and instruction.
