This is an active class with students being led through a dynamic sequence of asanas (poses). You will “flow” from one pose to the next, while connecting your breath with your movement. Continuous movement will help focus your mind, while you are building balance, flexibility and strength, and improving cardiovascular health. While it is not mandatory to move on from this class, the goal of All Levels Flow is to give students the ability to move to a more challenging practice, if they so choose. All levels are welcome in this class, but some knowledge of yoga is helpful.
