Alisha has taught yoga since 2010 and has a particular passion for teaching Vinyasa flow. Her classes are creatively sequenced and physically challenging, but also carefully balanced with meditative moments and attention to the breath. She loves inversions, arm balances, and backbends and especially loves to use these poses as tools to show her students that they are stronger than they think they are! Alisha is deeply devoted to the sport of rock climbing as much as she is to her yoga practice and loves to incorporate the themes and life lessons she’s discovered on the rocks into her teachings.
