Yoga 101 is a great class for beginners, or those who want to go back to the basics. In class you will start from the beginning and will learn yoga asanas (poses) and modifications, proper alignment and breathing techniques. This is a fundamental class in which you will be guided, but are also encouraged to ask questions. While it is not mandatory to move on from this class, the goal of Yoga 101 is for students to have the knowledge, strength and confidence to move onto an All Levels Flow class.
